4 – WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM
“Learn to handle your Anxiety and the Overthinking”
The 4-Week Online Program was developed to give a prompt relief to the people suffering from high anxiety levels and to help them handle those crisis in a natural way.
Every week you take will 2 coaching sessions in which you will work through different exercises to find what triggers your anxiety. Understanding how your body and mind respond to anxiety is the basis to be in control of any situation that might end up in an anxiety episode.
Week 1 – Hunting for Triggers
We will work on finding the situation, feelings, trauma or past event which triggered your first anxiety symptoms. This is very important because it will give us like a route along which anxiety travels in your case.
Week 2 – Rewriting my Plot
During these sessions we will work on the way you think of your present life and the situations you have to face. Analyze your thoughts, your expectations and your conclusions. The way you perceive or you see life it is the way that you feel about it. Turning your thoughts into statements of positive actions will build a self-confident drive to make the necessary changes to be in charge of your life.
Week 3 – A new Landscape
During this week we will work in defining the kind of life you want to have and we will analyze the steps that you need to take in order to make the changes needed. We will determine your skills and strong points and work on any weak point that has to be treated. Some of those changes will take place.
Week 4 – The Life I Deserve
In the last two sessions we will work on the project of the life you deserve. We will build a plan to be achieved in tow months time. That will be your step 1 plan. After accomplishing that one you will be ready to set another plan for the following two months and so on. Short term achievements are very important to keep anxiety at a healthy level.
- This is an active program. You will have some homework to do between sessions such as some exercises like breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation, tips, writing about your inner changes during the program, working on your goals, etc. Every session we will work on your homework and on new activities and subjects.
